Usage - All purchases come with a notecard with this information. This glycerite is a bit tart & bitter in taste and in liquid form. It is made to be ingested using the dropper - directly into your mouth or into a glass of water - each morning. as this is energizing and every body is different, please start with 1/2 dropper full and see how that feels for you, then add a bit more each day until you get to the dose that is perfect for your body. Typically 2 full droppers per use.
